When we first started out, we invested so much time searching for the right fit for managed services locally, only to come up empty-handed. It seemed like the more time we spent looking, the longer it took to get our IT tasks done. Frustrating, right?
That’s when it hit us: how about offshore outsourcing providers? They have the skills we need, just not the physical presence. Of course, COVID taught us that physical presence can be pretty nice, but we adapt.
So, we searched for offshore IT professionals with Australian experience. We wanted to make sure they understood our clients’ needs, goals, and the problems they want an outsourcing company to avoid. We rolled up our sleeves and put in the hard work of finding the cream of the crop, and boy, did we succeed!

Our founder, Dominic Procter, has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology and software development, giving him an eagle eye for talent and skill.
