If your remote staff aren’t a perfect-fit, we’ll find a replacement at zero cost to you.

Answers to commonly asked questions

Our mission is to match your business with highly skilled, outsourced IT and digital staff for long-term growth. We do that by:

  • Carefully research your business and role requirements, so we thoroughly understand your needs
  • Identifying best-fit candidates for the role, skill level, and company culture fit. Then pooling the talent until you’ve found your ideal team
  • Assisting you with seamless onboarding and integration of your new hire
  • Ongoing employee management, including HR, payroll, and time off
  • Supporting your new hires to deliver quality reporting, build relationships, improve processes, and increase productivity

There are no upfront costs at all. We provide one fixed monthly cost which begins after your new staff have been placed. Realistically, you can expect to save up to 70% on local staff costs.

With a global network of highly-qualified tech and digital specialists, we offer cost-effective staffing solutions. The cost of your remote staff is influenced by technical skill requirements, hours needed and your budget.

We provide flexible terms and agreements for all businesses. We can also provide other options that work within your budget, if needed.

This depends on the complexity of the role and the recruitment process.

For some roles, you could have ideal candidates within 24 hours. If you need code tests or a series of interviews, the process is longer. For most roles, you’ll have perfect-fit candidates within 2 months.

Here’s a quick breakdown of an average timeline:

  • Week 1-2: Candidates are pooled in our database. We’ll continue to identify and pool great-fit candidates until you’ve made a hire you’re thrilled with.
  • Week 2-4: We conduct interviews to weed out the “looks good on paper” candidates from the high-quality candidates. You receive details and a video of each interview for your selection.
  • Week: 4-8: You interview the ideal candidates that passed our rigorous pre-screening and selection process. And if you find a perfect fit, we’ll help you through onboarding and setup.

Your staff is directly employed by us and then dedicated to you and your business on a full-time basis. So the only admin you have is a single monthly fee, and we take care of the rest.

Just like local staff, your remote staff start on a paid trial (or ‘probation’) period of 3-6 months. So you have the time to be sure you’ve got the right person for the job.

We conduct staff orientation on your behalf, where we:

  • Provide an overview and set expectations around working with an international company
  • Review office policies, procedures, and processes
  • Arrange company orientation between you and your new hire
  • Assess and implement the most effective methods of communication and training for your business

After orientation, your new staff is available for you to train, monitor and manage. We are always here to support you and your new team member at any point.

During daylight savings, there’s a three-hour time difference. This means when it’s 9 AM in Sydney, it’s 6 AM in the Philippines.

After daylight savings ends, the difference is only two hours. This means when it’s 9 AM in Sydney, it’s 7 AM in the Philippines.

If your remote staff member is located in Hungary, Europe, there’s an 8-hour time difference. This means when it’s 3 PM in Sydney, it’s 7 PM in Hungary.

Most staff work from home due to the ongoing pandemic. To ensure productivity we confirm each staff member’s home office setup, internet speed, and power setup.

As the pandemic eases we will be instating a Hybrid workspace for staff to use, when requested.

Right now we’ll work with you to set up quarterly meetups with your team. We also encourage you to involve them in any remote socials you have, such as Friday afternoon drinks.

If your staff member isn’t working out as you’d hoped there are a few options.

If there’s been a serious breach or incompetence in the role, we’ll let your staff member go immediately (this hasn’t happened yet, but it’s there if you need it).

Within the first 3 months of employment, we give your staff member 15-30 days, depending on the performance plan, and if we both agree there’s potential for improvement.

After 6 months of employment, we give your staff member a 30-day termination notice.

In the rare instance that we have to let your staff member go, we’ll find a highly-skilled replacement, at no cost to you.
